Headquartered in Minnesota, USA, NICF works internationally to provide legal aid, educational opportunities, and compassionate healthcare. Our mission is clear: to restore dignity and offer hope to those who have been criminalized, marginalized, or denied access to life-changing healthcare due to outdated cannabis laws.

Our Commitment

We stand with the wrongfully imprisoned, the families torn apart, and the patients denied care. Our programs:

• Defend Rights: We provide free legal support and cover litigation costs for individuals unfairly incarcerated or prosecuted for cannabis-related offenses.

• Empower Through Education: We offer fellowships and educational grants to children and young people whose parents are in prison for cannabis-related charges, giving them the opportunity to build brighter futures.

• Deliver Compassionate Care: Through hospice programs and health camps, we bring palliative care, pain management, and hope to underserved communities.

Our Global Reach

NICF collaborates with human rights organizations, legal experts, and healthcare providers worldwide. Our first international project, launching in September 2025, will include a 50-bed hospice center in Nepal, offering critical care to individuals suffering from chronic conditions and limited access to healthcare.
