At the Northern Illusion Cannabis Foundation (NICF), we’re here to fight back—not with fear, but with justice, education, and compassion. We believe that no one should suffer because of outdated cannabis laws, and we’re on a mission to undo the damage caused by prohibition.

What We Do at NICF

> Legal Support & Advocacy: We provide free legal assistance to those facing unjust cannabis-related charges and work to clear criminal records so people can rebuild their lives.
> Educational Fellowship Fund: We offer scholarships and grants to young people whose parents have been imprisoned for cannabis offenses—because no child should suffer for laws they had no part in.
> Healthcare & Hospice Services: Our programs bring compassionate pain management, palliative care, and health camps to underserved communities, including our first 50-bed hospice center launching in Nepal in 2025.
Why This Work Matters
The hypocrisy of cannabis prohibition is impossible to ignore. In some places, cannabis businesses are thriving—while in others, people are still being locked up for possessing the same plant. We can’t allow this injustice to continue.
